HOSPITALITY | SURRY HILLS
The Wild Rover is Surry Hills latest secret bar. “The name comes from the term used to describe wayward locals or travellers, spending lavishly on alcohol despite not having the resources enough to justify the spending. The term is especially used in Irish pubs and for many people, the Wild Rover is the stereotypical Irish drinking song, the very embodiment of the Irish spirit of the craic… where drink, laughter, good nature and good cheer are what matters most”.
Keeping the original facade, Built Complete embarked on a comprehensive transformation of the pub's interior spaces over two levels. The renovation included the addition of two separate bars , both showcasing a stunning custom-made copper bar, meticulously crafted by our skilled fabricators and artisans. The ambiance was further enhanced with vibrant wallpaper, colourful lighting fixtures, exposed brick walls, and bespoke timber shelving, creating a unique and inviting atmosphere for patrons to enjoy.
Creating a place where drink, laughter, good nature and good cheer are what matters most.
