The St George Bank Head Office in Kogarah needed a complete makeover, so we were hired by Lend Lease to renovate several areas. Our responsibilities included the front entrance, Atrium, Auditorium, offices on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors, and the entire rooftop. We collaborated with other contractors on this project, and our successful results demonstrate our ability to work effectively with them.

The open rooftop is designed to enhance the well-being and happiness of the employees. It offers spaces for various activities like playing, exercising, and socializing. To stay active, employees can either join a basketball game on the enclosed court or jog around the running track surrounding the rooftop. There are different seating areas, including bar-style benches, tables, stools, and private outdoor rooms made with natural timber and steel. The entire rooftop is landscaped with greenery, including trees that provide shade in warmer months and a beautiful display of colors in autumn. This area is perfect for taking a break, enjoying the surroundings, and getting some fresh air.
