ANNANDALE | RESIDENTIAL
Architecture | HATCH Architects
Built Complete have successfully transformed an ordinary space into a captivating and dynamic sanctuary. Under the guidance of Mona Hashemi, the visionary architect from HATCH Architects, the project aimed to provide a refuge that seamlessly connects individuals with the natural world.
Central to the design is the incorporation of raked ceilings that elegantly open up to the endless expanse of sky above. This architectural feature not only accentuates the grandeur and spaciousness of the environment but also allows abundant natural light to flood into the space, blurring the boundaries between indoors and outdoors.
“It was a pleasure working with Jace and his team at Built Complete on a renovation project in Annandale. During the tendering stage, Jace was creative with solutions to meet budget requests and always had a positive ‘can do’ attitude. During construction, the site foreman was highly experienced and thorough with his attention to detail, and all site queries and requests for amendments were assessed promptly and easily under the provisions of the ABIC SW contract. The project ran smoothly over a seven month construction program and delivered an outstanding result that was on time, on spec and on budget. We would be keen to work with Built Complete again. Thank you, Jace and team!”
