Built Complete has undertaken another exciting project, ANZ Plus Potts Point. The design, by Breathe Architectural firm, has won Victoria’s top award for sustainable architecture. It is making retail branch refits quicker and cheaper with a modular kit of parts that can be moved and reconfigured as branch requirements change. The kit resulted in a 30 per cent reduction in business downtime during office refurbishment and at the end of the tenancy almost all of the branch can be repurposed.
